Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Born Of Four is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Born Of Four is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your product is unopened and unused, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss return eligibility.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
